Well I would say re writing them yourself is the best option as most the premium tools do a great job to some degree alot of them still need you to look over the article to make sure it reads correct.

However the most popular tool is the bestspinner

So google thebestspinner and have a look at that tool.

Depends what you're looking for really.

If you want quantity over quality then go for the best spinner or magic article spinner.
They have autospinning functions that will give you very unique articles.
You could also spend more time spinning manually using their synonyms database.

If its quality you were looking for then try content boss... its the one that Article Samurai has got incorporated into it.
Ive just started using it myself. Its very expensive but it will automatically spin your articles and they guarantee they will be readable. Only 30 - 40% uniqueness though.
