Hi, As its sure that page like privacy policy , disclaimer, and terms etc are a must have for better SEO. But if we look closely a lot of pages are same in content. Let me make it clear. For example: If 1 thousand wordpress websites are using easy privacy policy plugin then the privacy page content for those 1 thousand websites will be same. So here's my point >> will this be treated as duplicate content by google or not. Need Clarification on this. Thanks |

Theres two types of duplicate content that people talk about, duplicate content onpage and offpage. As long as you have enough unique content on your site to make it unique you'll be fine. Further more, google loves the privacy page and contacts page and its obvious that the privacy policy can't be totally unique seeing as every website under google needs to have one. Further further more, if you are scared of the big G then you can always noindex/nofollow them pages |
