Default keyword advice

My keyword has 50000 searches monthly but when i find for buying term (cheap, on sale) before my keyword, it has very few searches. Should I use that buying keyword?

Why not use both?

It depends on how specific the keyword is. If it is something general like

laptops

then people searching for that term are usually in research mode and not buying mode.

However, if it was something specific like

Model Name laptops

then that is more specific as the user knows what model they are interested in and are either doing a bit more research to confirm their decision or find a place to buy one.

BTW, I hope you are looking at the exact match search results and not broad match, otherwise your 50,000 searches will be way off.

it depends! I would go for both or buy the one available and then optimize for the other one!

Here is an example.Suppose my target is keyword is "computers", if I use "cheap computers" instead of "computers" in my content as well as in my domain name(keyword rich domain), am i targeting my keyword?
I use google keyword tool for research. I guess google keyword tools shows results for advertisers and not for publishers. Is there any tool that tells how many searchers are there for any keyword?

Exactly.

You need to look for terms when people are late in the buying mode. They are past looking for the scams and the pros and cons, they are looking to buy.
