Find Answers Fast redirect virus~

I have Google'd my butt off trying to get rid of this virus for the past 4 months and cannot figure out how to get rid of it. It redirects 90% of the search results you click on to various spam sites. You basically have to copy and past the visible URL to get to the page you want.

I am hoping someone here has also went up against this virus and won. If anyone has any information on how to get rid of this in Windows 7 then please let me know. Many "Thanks" are in order for even the smallest bit of helpful information.

Again, sorry for posting this here. This is the only forum I'm a part that deals with Internet/PC topics.
