Help - Keyword not moving, How to push up ??

Hey friends,

30-35 days has been left but my one keyword "miami real estate" is fixed on 3rd page of Google and not moving up and down. I have done all quality work like " Articles, Squidoo Lens, Directory, Bookmarking, Blogs" huh..

But the keyword is still in same place..??

Need Help..Give me some expert suggestion..plsss...........

First you analyze your competitors backlinks then again start your campaign

Yes, you can have competitor analysis or link exchange. Link exchange to high pr relevant niche can be good for your site goes on top page. I think even irrelevant niche link exchange can be also okay. I see link exchange as a faster way to rank higher in search engine. Just don't forget to write unique content for Google loves fresh content.

Have you try to post on sites related to real estate with that keyword? If no then post articles , blogs , videos, and do forum posting as well on real estate sites with the keyword. Then observe is there any result found ? Or one thing more you can do is that join any social network and meet people related to real estate in your location, make conversation with them and this way you can make your keyword popular and more searched.

I would suggest you to increase the keyword density for miami real estate in your page by adding it as h1 tag and stuffing it one or two times in the content. Then try to get that page indexed. Hope it helps. Best luck.

First do the competitor analysis and then accordingly make changes in content or in site. Also try to get backlinks for the sites from which competitor get backlinks.

Your website is very poorly optimized... And what happened to your 'search' page? Images all over the pages...

I would advise you to go for local optimization, rather. It seems this website is targeting local audience, its better to opt for local marketing.

More importantly though, when I went to the search page the text under the pictures was backwards and I could not search.
The good news is i did a quick search for miami reo real estate and miami commercial real estate, and both of those seemed to have much less competition.

You are competing against large real estate firms in Miami who probably pay thousands for professional seo companies to do their seo work / backlinking for them.

So you have one page of content and your are expecting to rank high? Actually you are doing very well for that quality of website. What you need is to create a 2 to 3 more pages with content and cross link it, then build more backlinks.

did you try for link wheel, i had done it for one of my website, and it's working, but be sure about unique content when you are doing link wheel, otherwise you will not find any result using link wheel.

Yeah i have tried and got some good results not awesome but only good.
Content is playing a good role in this.
