SEO Siloing - How can I properly use siloing AND submenus?

I really want submenus for my site, but I also want to have good SEO silo in place...

My submenu shows this:
Main KW
- Sub Kw Page
- Sub Kw Page
-- Sub Sub KW page

Is there a way to do this without passing too much pagerank to the internal pages?

I only want to pass pagerank to Main KW pages...

I'm by no means an expert on siloing but why don't you just use the nofollow tag on your sub kw page links?

<a ref="nofollow" href="link-to-sub-kw-pg">Sub KW Page</a>

The other way would be to have the subpage text and links generated using javascript (which Googlebot doesn't see):

document.write('<a href=\"link-to-sub-kw-pg\">Sub KW Page</a>');

I know that Yukon is working on a plugin and/or theme to address setup of siloed WP sites.

He's one of the best to follow on the topic IMHO.
