What to look for when buying sites for adsense

Is CPC the most important factor to look for? Also, does direct traffic generate less revenue than traffic from search engine?

Targeted traffic is the most important thing you need with Adsense (actually anything IM related).

My best performing Adsense sites are from hobby forums, at least 50% of my traffic. So no, SERP traffic isn't a deal breaker, you can always work on seo later If the site has another source of consistent targeted traffic already.

If I was buying an Adsense site, the less targeted traffic it already gets, the less money I'm paying.

Unless...

If the site is loaded with related content I can use on an existing Adsense site I already own, I would consider paying more for the site/content.

If the site was scraped content, I'm not paying anything.

All depends on what's for sale...

You should stop trying to please AdSense and see how else you can better monetize your site with the traffic you have. Your site might be worth a lot more than you think.

I would also look at the competitors of the first page on google and see if it is possible to beat them .

if is not it too hard to get on the top, then it would be a big plus

I always do my due research before buying such sites, such as google placement, alexa ranking, competition, etc..

You should stop telling people to stop running Adsense.

Trust me, the guys making money with Adsense don't care If you've been banned from Adsense. We'll still make money even after you've been banned.

I drive a Jeep, should I stop driving it even though it's never failed me, just because you drive a Chevy. Makes no sense right?

Again, us guys making money with Adsense don't care about the guys problems that were banned by Adsense, because they couldn't follow a simple TOS.
