Default adsense website based on "ppc" and "seo" keywords

Ok still trying to get a handle on adsense and adwords, and how to focus a website to generate some income from this form of advertising.

First a question:

google lists the 'approximate cpc' for some ppc keywords as about $23 to $25, such as "ppc management company", "ppc management firm", etc, as shown in the attached screenshot - Does that mean that if those ads are displayed on my website, and someone clicks them, I will get ~$25 per click? I realise thats approx, so some will be less, some more. Or will google get most of that, leaving X% for my website? How much is X% ?

Some more questions:

-How can I find out is sufficient ads are available for those keywords, before I devote time to building a website focused on ppc and seo.? It would make little sense to devote 1-2 months to researching and building a highly focused site, only to find out there are no ads served.

- If I haves some articles, such as "top 10 ppc firms" and "top 15 seo tips", etc, etc and the articles are submitted to various places on the web, then linked back to my site, would visitors be enticed to click through on the google ads, hence generating revenue for the site, or a click through rates very low? Does google or others publish click through rates for specific keywords?

Thank you very much!

One author, who seemed to have the inside line of Adsense indicated there's a relatively low ceiling for Adsense ads, that is those $100 doctor and lawyer terms only pay a few dollars, the premium price is only charged when on Googles search results page.

I understand the Adsense payout is slightly better than 50%, some have reported drops in Adsense revenues but it's not clear that it reflects a change in the % payout.

I believe PPC and SEO are are more heavily covered than most terms, due to there being so many bloggers familier with those techniques. SEO businesses may well know cheaper ways than PPC to promote their biz.

I've not seen CTR stats published, being dependent on individual ad designs, it could only represent an average.

Default Re: adsense website based on "ppc" and "seo" keywords

So does that mean if the ad is displayed on my website, it may actually only generate $1, of which i get 50 cents? And the $25 for the ad is only for display on google front page? Kinda makes the goodle adsense PPC $ a little worthless for the small website developer then.

So is there a way to get the actual payout per ad? Maybe some blogger is compiling this information? Sounds like an excellent business idea in itself, compile statistics of this sort and then sell them on...
