Default Keyword in menu navigation?

Do you put the main keyword in your navigation links, or is it considered over optimization? Eg. Simpsons website, with Simpsons pages:

Simpsons Tshirt
Simpsons Mug
Simpsons Calendar

...or...

Simpsons:

Tshirt
Mug
Calendar

Why not, if that is whats your targeted keyword.
Though only if your website is not about Simpsons!

Yes thats the thing, the website is about the Simpsons. So the keyword is repeated several times.
