Do you put the main keyword in your navigation links, or is it considered over optimization? Eg. Simpsons website, with Simpsons pages: Simpsons Tshirt Simpsons Mug Simpsons Calendar ...or... Simpsons: Tshirt Mug Calendar |

Why not, if that is whats your targeted keyword. Though only if your website is not about Simpsons! |

Yes thats the thing, the website is about the Simpsons. So the keyword is repeated several times.
