Meta keywords: question regarding combining city name with products

Hi

For the keywords on my pages I am not sure how to deal with geographies:

Let's say I want to rank for 3 expressions:

dog accessories new-york
dog collars new-york
dog leashes new-york

should my meta keywords in my page be:

"dog accessories new-york,dog collars new-york,dog leashes new-york"

or

"new-york,dog accessories,dog collars,dog leashes"

I am not sure whether repeating the localization is beneficial or detrimental...

Any ideas?
