Adsense + affiliate marketing

Hey

I'm building a micro niche-site which is trying to rank 1# on google for my main keyword. This keyword has 3600exact matches (US). Is it normal to add also an adsense to this site? How many views per day should my site have to get decent income from adsense? At the moment I have 100 views per day, but it's growing. So i'm looking forward to get a little bit clearer in this topic.

Assuming the adsense ads you put on your website don't heavily impact the overall aesthetic feel to your web pages and detract from your affiliate revenue then I don't think there would be any harm to add it and see what your return is.

I would suggest you use the contextual targeting tool to get a better idea of the content netword ad values for keywords you are targeting in your niche too:

That should give you a rough indication as to the value of Adsense to your site.
