Default SeNukeX vs Scrapebox

Which one is better?
When I submit backlinks with those programs, is it possible to get penalized from google?

The two have different functions. Scapebox is good for finding blog post where you can comment and build links to your site.

Senukex is more powerful and complex than that. I use these two programs together. I have tested my brand-new sites with these two programs. The result is good so far.

Hope that helps.

As Sandy said, they are used for different purposes. I believe they're both useful and suggest using both. But if I had to choose one, I'd choose Scrapebox since you can use it to find high PR, dofollow blogs on which to comment and get high quality backlinks to your site. Whereas, SENuke can also create a lot of backlinks, its backlinks will be of lower to zero PR.

Both can potentially get you in trouble with Google depending on how you use it. But if you use them appropriately, I believe you'd be safe.

Two totally different programs, so you can't compare them.

And if you use them carelessly you'll be putting your sites at risk.

Price is never indicative of quality.

I personally believe scrapebox to be better than SENuke, simply because everything that SEnuke does can be outsourced. Considering the monthly price of SEnuke, you can get a lot done by someone else every month @ the same price.

Scrapebox is a considered a must-have for marketers online. SEnuke is not.

It's silly to compare the two because they do completely different things. If I had to compare the two though, SEnuke X is a POS compared to Scrapebox, especially at $147/month compared to $57 once.

I would go for Scrapebox than Senuke X, way cheaper and easier to find and build backlinks on high PR dofollow blogs. Unlike Senuke X, they charge around $147/month and it can be outsourced as well.

Out of interest - how are you all finding dofollow using scrapebox since yahoo SE was taken down?

As I understand it, before people would build nofollow lists from other SEO commenters found on blog discussion sections using Yahoo SE?

scrapebox - good for getting large lists of websites (I normally get more than 100,000 in under 1 hour) which you can manually comment on or use the auto poster on. but google has devalued comments now.

senuke - good for making web 2.0 profiles and a whole mix of other types of backlinks (takes about 5 hours to do a full monty for me (over 1,000 live backlinks)). the links a worth more because they are in content (in articles) and I find 1 senuke x blast improves my SERPs more than 10,000 or 20,000 blog comments.

both tools are great and together they are even better.

I suggest get scrapebox first for just $57, use it wisely and you might not even need senuke to rank your websites if you can do it with scrapebox.

Are you new in IM? If so SenukeX would be much easier to use but you will learn much more using Scrapebox probably. As forum users said the tools are not comparable. If you can afford buy them both.

That's a pretty blanket statement. Have they devalued sending hundreds of thousands of nofollow backlinks (from comments) directly to your site? Yeah, pretty much. Though these can still be beneficial on your tiers.

However, leaving quality comments on moderated & dofollow blogs is far from dead. Still one of the most effective ways to get high PR, dofollow backlinks. You just have to know what you're doing.

Also, I've been sending YouTube videos to page 1 for moderately competitive keywords pretty easily using nothing but DoFollow Scrapebox "blasts." (Note, these are 100% dofollow links.) I probably wouldn't point these at my main sites. But "authority" sites like YouTube can handle the sudden surge of backlinks.

Both functions differently..but still with help of Scrapebox. You can find..Edu Wiki, Gov. and many other Top Links types on regular base and with Senuke you can not do same..but it is a separate tool with separate usage.

You should be using them in conjunction with one another (or maybe I'm thinking of MS). Whatever you're doing, as others have said, use them responsively and make your activity look natural as these tools are designed to get you tons of backlinks so it's up to you to get those backlinks responsibly and spread out.

I have SENuke X but not ScrapeBox. I was thinking of buying ScrapeBox because of the low price, but blog comments are not hard to buy for just $1-$2 either. Also, I heard blog comments were worth less juice nowadays.

Personally SENuke X has been easy to use, but has not been showing the "bang for the buck" yet. Not sure if the high price is worth the results, but it does show good results.

Hi,

I bought Scrapebox, but never used it. I actually don't know what the "power" of Scrapebox is. Could someone help me out using this piece of software efficiently.

Also, I want to buy a Scrapebox list of comment websites, if you have a good list (just pm me!)

Come on Mike tell us what you really think . LOL

anyway I concur. main difference is Scrapebox just for its ability to scrape and find great link opportunities is way worth the money and Senuke is a TOTAL waste of money. It merely appeals to the macho geek video game side of Imers because it gives the illusion of Command and Conquer:Red Alert for the internets by clicking some buttons or setting up your game controller

SO if you want to FEEL like you are achieving control of the Internets while achieving little in the real world shell out $149 a month but if you really want to control your serp destiny find better link opportunities (or buy em) and then with the cash you make in the real world you can pick up the real Command and Conquer series for about $30 one time and play to your hearts content.

Its much more open then senukex - you can dig down and configure everything, including loading up your own lists or directories, web 2.0s, article directories.

Only $20 a month too!

that price is about right for those kind of links. You could take the difference in savings and buy links, aged domains and getting home page backlinks and come out WAAY ahead

I have both.. and sometimes don't even use either for weeks (sometimes 1-2 months) at a time and at $127 per month (early bird) it's a lot to dish out. As for results... I can't really say as I use it as part of my strategy when I'm doing SEO. What I will say though is that MANY of the content pages that SENUKE sets up get removed at some point. I've tested this with decent content too and they still get removed. If 70%+ of your properties / links eventually get removed... you have to ask yourself, 'Is it worth it'. SENUKE X may be one that I drop shortly and instead spend that money elsewhere. Because right now... I feel that I am fitting into 'Mikes' Command and Conquer group. Shiny and fun to use.. Yes! But does it return 'great results'... so far.. no.

If you are willing to invest $150 per month on SENukeX, then why not just hold back on the first week or two, and pick up Scrapebox with that $50 instead.

If you use this software for the next 3 years your costs are:
SENuke X - In excess of $5000
Scrapebox - $57

It seems silly to start using SENuke but then not be sure whether you want to invest in Scrapebox!

Will

Both are for different kind of backlinks and essential tool for any SEO.
Scrapebox is more than backlink tool, even so many SEOs use its addon tools rather than comment tool.
I don't agree with 'Senuke is a costly tool' as it's price/month is for 3 computer, so price of 1 software copy is only US$49/month.
And what about the their support- I saw best support in the forum in this planet. I got and getting answer/trouble shooting of any question/problem average in 8-10 minute. Off course it cost to them. That's why they deserve for this money.
This monthly price is also a positive factor, as every small SEO/ SOHO run it as maximum as possible to recover the monthly cost, while for 1 time cost is relief to pocket but we become lazy.
So I can sum up both are different and very useful software for any SEO/Webmaster.

Actually, SEnuke is not great. It is an overpriced POS. And Scrapebox can help you find quality links.

So you are wrong on both counts.

Can you buy just one? No

I bought an adobe suite which most people consider expensive (subscriptions is really cool and affordable though) and I get two installs . Thats standard on most software. However given that SenukeX is marketed as set and forget exactly why should someone need to pay that price for three copies unless they are a service provider. Set it up on one and that will do for most people because even if you put it on three its not like the links get three times better

The links it delivers is all that matters and they don't improve in quality even if you put them on 50 machines

And what about the their support- I saw best support in the forum in this planet. I got and getting answer/trouble shooting of any question/problem average in 8-10 minute.
Best for the planet would be under five minutes and yes I use some hosts that are that fast. Anyway buy Scrapebox pay me $100 a month and I'll give you support on it in under five minutes - deal?

Sorry but support for software that is limited in what it does does not justify cost or any piece of software could be considered worth it regardless of what it does.

Off course it cost to them. That's why they deserve for this money.
This monthly price is also a positive factor, as every small SEO/ SOHO run it as maximum as possible to recover the monthly cost, while for 1 time cost is relief to pocket but we become lazy.
.
You have a strange definition of "positive". Thats a big negative. It only means that there are more people non stop abusing the sites that SenukeX includes in it, diluting what miniscule link juice might be in them and forcing some owners to nofollow the links or lock then down. again if you need to pay out $149 to be reminded and prodded to not get lazy send the $149 to me and I will send you words of encouragement and motivation each week. I'll even give you a discount on the first month so you can buy scrapebox and then we are set.

If you are just starting out, start with scrapebox and learn how to use it. It will help you understand how to better use other programs later on. Since it is one-time purchase you won't feel the pressure of the meter running while you try to figure out how it all works.

SeNuke is far better than scrapebox due to its structure. We can create backlinks in any way we want. It also offers backlinks from variety of sites which giver diversified backlinks.

You can't really say that it's "better" since they have VERY different purposes.

As it has been said MANY times... 2 separate programs but using them both can be VERY effective.

I use Scrapebox to find blogs that are "autoapprove" so that I can get instant baclinks. But I use it more for recon on my competition and reverse-engineering.

I only have the SENX lite.. I only use the social network nuke to build link pyramids and linkwheels with web 20 minisites.

Once I build my tier 1 and 2 sites with SENX I blast those links with blog comments to give them some backlinks.

Senuke does more but when you factor in how much your paying and what not Scrapebox blows senuke out of the water hands down. 147/mo vs one time fee of 57 bucks. Scrapebox is extremely powerful tool even when you take away the link building

Is Scrapebox easy to setup? I only want to get it to find where I can leave a comment for blogs.

These two are totally different tools. SenukeX does best for contextual link building and SB works best for non-contextual backlinks. I like both of them. A good combination of these two can make a powerful seo strategy

Senukex is more powerful and complex than that. I use these two programs together. I have tested my brand-new sites with these two programs. The result is good so far.

Hope that helps.

Scrapebox is good about blog commenting and scraping urls

Senuke is good about forum profile backlinks, link wheel etc..
