Stopwords question re: SEOquake

With the SEObar, when I run "Density" on a site, the Total 2 (or 3) word phrases list includes a lot of phrases with stopwords like:

the blue widget
and red widgets
a green widget
etc etc...

How do I eliminate phrases with these stopwords? Can it be done? I've tried:

SEOquake > preferences > keyword density tab > stopwords

I'll enter them, one each line, like this:

a
or
and
the

(etc, etc..)

But that's not eliminating 2 (or 3) word kw phrases with stopwords. Any suggestions?
