Business SEO - What Kind of services should I buy? or hire? etc.

So I'm still lost here, my on-page optimization is near perfect but I've been doing this forever, but back then things were a lot simpler, now I'm seeing all these new things. I posted once before about this but I'm still a bit unsure. I need a SEO boost for my main business sites, I have three of them. They all are over 5-10+ years old, with around 200 backlinks and rank somewhere on the first page in low competition. I am now okay with doing white or grey hat, but not into black hat and getting de-listed or de-ranked down the road.. So what can you guys recommend, where do I start?

I don't know what services to buy or who to hire; I've checked out local SEO companies and they all suck. I'm in such a bind here, need SEO will pay for it, don't know what to do. It can ruin or screw up the site. I'm open to some spam, whatever, but I can't mess up the main sites. Want to stay AWAY from xrummer and scrapblast/box/whatever, profile backlinks, etc. What should I buy?

Video Marketing: Each video page on video sharing sites like YouTube usually has a PR3+ and only a few outbound links so if you create informative videos and upload them on as many video sharing sites as you can with your link on the description you will certainly get a boost on your rankings additionally having videos on your own site will also help you rank better since google loves videos

What i would be preferring for is to go for services of SEO as it would help in providing your website to rank with in the search engine of Google along with providing traffic with keywords landing to your website and hence creating chances for conversions and sales accordingly.

True, but I just don't trust most, and the ones I do trust aren't really that good or charge $5K fee just to start on. That's the thing though.. Also overseas would be fine, I've done it before for coding but I don't know what I'll have them do.. As you are in for the long haul you also want backlinks that will last a long time.

These are things like articles in article directories, videos on Youtube, articles on Web 2.0 properties etc.

Look for sources of backlinks that will still be around in ten years time. No point in paying for backlinks that will be gone in a month or twos time.

Yeah would not trust someone to write someone for the business, that could damage the reputation. I'm open to writing as much as I have to.

Hey how about hiring VAs that can those stuff for you? There are actually VAs that you can hire at cheaper rates even for as low as $2 per hour. I've been doing that already and it's really effective. All you have to do is to look for places where you can hire these VAs who can do the hard work for you and can provide quality.
