How to index for Google and Bing?

I'm using the Firefox plugin Rank Checker to check my search engine positions. I'm moving up through Google but after 2 months, Yahoo and Bing still show nothing for any of my sites. Is there something I need to do for these two search engines so I begin showing up?

Bing seems to enjoy fresh backlinks.
