Anyone used the marchex pay per call product?

Anyone had any experiences good/bad with the Marchex pay-per-call product? I tried googling but haven't had a lot of luck. Most of the matches are either industry puff pieces touting pay-per-call in general or compliants by what appear to be small businesses for being overcharged for bad calls.

Thoughts?
