Default New Post - Submit Link or RSS Feed?

After I publish a new article on my WP site, should I just submit the link to the article to Google, or submit the whole rss feed for my site?

Thanks

Why not use a ping list and a plug in? Don't rely on the default list... you can expand it to make it much more useful.

Submitting links to Google is a waster of time. Google will find you. They manage to find things on my sites I don't even want them to find.

Well, i wouldn't really submit anything to Google, because either way your article will get indexed (you must ping it first).

What you could do is submitting your articles to social bookmarking websites.

I did ping it in Wordpress. I wasn't sure how reliable it is, I want it to get indexed asap so I can submit it to EZA. I'll try Pingler jsut to be sure..

Thanks for the help

I have read and felt, its much better to start with submit link than rss feed for new sites. Its does n't matter much for already well established sites.

Explanation is simple, links of new sites with less backlinks are less preffered on top rank searches and their inner or deeper links get pushed behind rss feeds of sites with higher backlinks, pr. New site links get more indirect response with feed than directly from search engines.
