Do you think this keyword is easy to rank for?

Hi!
I wasn't sure because they are all pretty strong in terms of backlinks, age and PR, but none of them have my keywords included.

Would you go with that keyword?

You can probably easily rank number 3
what is the monthly searches for that kw term? exact match? local searches?

You MAY be able to rank number one for the kw DEPENDING on the backlink analysis of the number one site since it is NOT SEO optimized for that kw, if you notice N N N N

I would also want to know how many of the backlinks to that domain have anchor text that contains your kw term, that would be very important, and it might be the reason they are ranking for that term

Chances are though I would shoot for number 3 position, since the number 1 site is a PR6, which tend to be a bit hard to outrank sites with that high PR

might not be worth wasting your time for depending on the total SEOT on that term

whats the SEOT for that term? on kw analysis? for Market Samurai?
(monthly estimated traffic for number 1 site on google)
