How to convert blackhat traffics to whitehat traffics

Hello warriors,

I have a big site for software downloads and the traffics to this site is almost from youtube spamming videos. And now I have some micro niche sites that I'm using to make money with adsense. All my micro niche adsense sites are clean traffics.

Now I want to put banners/backlinks on my software downloads site to drive traffic to my micro adsense sites.

Plan A: Put direct banners/backlinks on the software downloads site.
Plan B: Drive my youtube traffics to a squidoo page or an ezinearticle or some where that includes my list of micro niche adsense sites.

The question is: Which plan I should choose? And will my sites get Google kungfu panda's kick?
