Can i Adf.ly script with adsense

I have a 2 blogs serving with adsense can i use both adf.ly script, adsense ads on my blogs. Is it against adsense terms &policy, also link spamming please Explain me!

Adsense TOS nowhere says that you can not use adsense with other advertising networks but you have to be within the limit of their rules and regulations . As far you follow that rules , you can use other ad networks on your site with adsense .
