My Website Index Rate Down

I am running a website www(.)esparkinfo(.)com. I am suffering with multiple issues now days:

Index rate for my site is taking too long upto 6 - 8 days even it was quick enough that as well as i am finished with updating a new post the next moment it is indexed. All this started happening a couple of weeks back.

Bounce Rate for my website is too high upto 70% and I am not sure that what to do to improve my bounce rate, even I used to write the unique posts.

I have lost ranking for my keywords and certainly lost visitors to my site as well, even they were fine couple of weeks back.

I need your detailed suggestions.

google bot will only care about the sites which update their content regularly . Google bot loves to index fresh content . If your site have fresh content then there will be no problem in indexing . Google has indexed more then 1000 pages in one day in one of my site in past . but you will not get ranking easily .

so take care of it .

I am thinking to start blog on my website to increase number of pages and content on website.

You can do several things and do one optional thing:

1. Update your site more regularly.
2. Decrease your loading speed.

(3.) Go into Google Webmaster Tools.
4. Work on your site's internal link structure.

Also, am I the only one that sees the irony in a guy selling SEO not knowing something so simple?
