It's a weird one this. I used a submitter a long time ago and havent since as although it was automated you had to still fill in alot of info and sit while it ran to enter captcha and choose categories etc..

Hardly saved any time and then all the directories were PR0 anyway. Use a good list found here or from Google and submit to high PR free and human editit directories manually. It will take time but at least you know you are doing it properly.

IM Automator have a dierctory submittor that is paid for. I havent used it but their free bookmarker is good so it might be worth a try. anybody else used it?

Depends on how many web sites you have and how much time you want to spend submitting to them.

There are some good deals on the Warrior Forum for directory submissions if you are looking for a one time submissions or have a few web sites.

I start off every new web site with a directory blast, then every 60 or 90 days re-run them.

This is the software I use to do my submissions, I'm sure there are cheaper products on the market but this one gets updated quite often with new directory lists. I've used it for 2 plus years.

It's a bit out of my price range but thanks for your meaningful contribution to this thread.

Semi-automated option is Fast Directory Submitter
The first 150 (from memory) are free then there's a fee to unlock the rest but at least by that time you'll know whether it's for you.

Not used it recently but DirectoryBot could be worth a look.

And of course there's the hands free option at Fiverr.

I pay other people to do it for me. I've tried dozens of softwares, but the problem is that they don't always submit properly, and they have a relatively low number of directories to submit to anyways.

forget about those tools and go straight submit it by yourself. it's more effective. all the good directories out there won't accept your site straight away, they have to review your site and most of them are not for free.

Auto directory submission is NOT even worth the time to do it... Try to do it manually and you will sure see a better results about your site
