How Promote site in google.gr

I am in a mess with my SEO project. The goal is to find the best place in Google.gr with keywords which have no English alphabet, all in Greek. WHat should be the algorithm for this ?? Please I need your kind advice.

I don't really understand what you are asking. Maybe you want to rank your website in the Greek version of Google?

If so, try hosting your domain on a Greek server, get a .gr domain, write your content in Greek and add contact information with a Greek address and so on. This way Google will know your website is targetted for Greek audience.

Since your website is a non-English website, you must optimize it for geographic location.
A few tips for optimizing your website for .gr,
- Get a country specific domain extension
- Set your preferred geographic location in Google webmaster tools
- Get backlinks from Greek websites
- Participate in forums that are popular in your target country
- Submit your website to local search engines
- Submit your website to local directories

Website has .gr after it and It has all Greek language in it.

You could find all GR Classified Ads websites and try your luck. All classified services are hungry for new posts.

Do some simple work. Find about 100 lists of .gr forum and blog. And start create backlinks from the sites. You will get good serp at google.gr
