Story behind this list : three month ago when i got a list for social bookmarking sites with 10,000 sites and i was really amazed and happy but when checked one by one i found 80% sites closed or death link and its made me fade up and disgusted. that's why i have decide to make a active list of social bookmarking sites.....to help others
and now i am really happy to publish this list may also help your work for link building ....

i have maintained this list to keep most of do-follow (pligg) social bookmarking sites and others popular with high page rank sites.
