Restricting access to certain parts of Google PPC

Quick question, is there a way that the budget/finance sections could be restricted inside Google PPC?

Translation- I am wanting myself to access and see the PPC campaigns in real time. My client who owns the PPC account does not want me to have access to the credit or the credit card limits. Is there someway that the two can meet or is it an either/or situation?
