When you get the live links report and create an RSS feed out of the links to submit to RSS directories, should you also ping the live links URLs using a service such as ping device or isn't this necessary if your creating an RSS feed out of the live links?

I usually ping those live links and social bookmark them.

Set up a network of indexer blogs or process them through one of the many indexing services out there.

I have not tried other indexing services, but NLI seems to be working well for me.
