Default Value of a link from own site vs. 3rd party site

If a value of a link from third party website is 100, what would be the value of the link from that website if it would be owned by me? (for Google SEO; given that all other variables are the same) - 10? 50? 100?
Have you done any tests on this? What are your experiences?

And if I want to make my websites look like they have different owner, what should I be careful about? Besides different domain whois, class C IP, content and design. What about referrer code in my affiliate links?

Thanks...

Ultimately it is just one more link source, unless it's a good pagerank site providing the link it's probably not worth all that stealth, don't know the value of links from known properties, corporations seem able to do it between their large properties to some effect. The factors you mentioned could all matter in appearing unrelated, I'm not sure about affiliate links, but Google analytics accounts would be visible.

Contrary to what some say, I don't believe Google can read private whois information despite their being a registrar.

Just using the desired keywords in the anchor text of your internal navigation system probably strengthens the keyword ranking for a page a bit.

Google can figure out sites based on clicksense ad code.... dont use the same account across your sites and expect your links to count for anything...

Just get links from legitimate 3rd party sources and forget about spending time backlinking your own sites on your own sites... IMO a waste of time as results would be low although still most likely beneficial.

This discussion raises a question: Is it a known fact that Google uses its optional secondary services such as Web SEO or adsense to adjust factors that determine search engine pageranking?

Although I am a newbie, I would imagine that this would put them in all sorts of trouble regarding the fairness of their ranking and even their business practices.
