Hey guys, Hubpages is a great place to build links from to your site but also make some cash from the AdSense ads which are placed in your articles. What do you think, is it possible to make some money using the Hubpages AdSense which is in your articles? Since writing an article there is very easy and fast, you can always write a lot of articles on topics you think people will search for... Thoughts? Thanks... |

I have started out my adsense "career" with hubpages and purely getting € from there, but eventualy reached a peak at 20€ per day (250 hubs)...so I only use it for backlinking, cause the hubs get PR2-3 quite easily and quickly and the content is relevant. + Its good that you can change the links whenever ![]() The CTR in genera is small and there is also a 40% "fee" from hubpages itself, so I would go down the path of making it my core income generator ![]() Sincerely, Buyseech |

How are your hubs get PR? Do you build backlinks to them? My plan to is build AdSense sites now and hopefully make at least $50 a day from the sites, so far I have affiliate sites where the AdSense is just secondary and I make around $10 a day from them. You think it's still possible these days? At least $50 a day using AdSense sites? Thank you.

Hubpages got hit hard last spring by Google. The then over reacted and changed the site structure and layout of Adsense. They created their own program as well. AAck. These reactions actually hurt Adsense earnings a lot. And they are pretty anal now about affiliate links. If your hubs are over 75 in score your links are dofollowed. It's still good for back links. And it's possible to make money with Adsense there, however Google often throws up excess inventory and junk ads which do not match the content you write about. This has been improving some. So if you think you can make a lot of money with Adsense on Hubpages... probably not, but you can ad one more small revenue stream that will be up for a very long time. So it's worth doing from time to time. They have made somewhat of a recovery and you can still make money. I make money with them writing under various pen names. You'll need at least 50 good articles before you see much and before you can build your Rep. It takes a few months and a couple articles a week. FYI: I still pull $5-10 a day depending on the day. Some days less. And that's actually chump change to me, but not to others. But chump change turns into real coin when you build multiple revenue streams. The highest earnings I have seen and verified from Hubpages from one Writer was in the neighborhood of $29K per year, but that included affiliate income and the guy had more than 3,000 articles... targeting PRODUCTS and that was before they got really Anal. But think about this... you write an article that makes $2 in Adsense per month... not that hard if you do keyword research and target products. And it takes you an hour. That's $24 for one hour of time. There are a huge amount of people here that would be very lucky to earn at that rate. And some doing better. |

I think your own domain blog is better then using a platform like hubpages, squidoo, flixya, or blog spot. Reason behind this all these sites cut your income and then pay you. without blogspot.

| If your hubs are over 75 in score your links are dofollowed. I make money with them writing under various pen names. You'll need at least 50 good articles before you see much and before you can build your Rep. I have been poking around on the hub pages site, and still have some questions that I am hoping for some input here. The score of 75 to make them do follow, what factors are important or this? Do you have to continue to pump out hubs to keep your score up to keep the links do follow? So you can have several pen names by the looks of it, do they request ID? Why is your rep so important there? re the 50 article comment? Can you confirm that you can in fact go back and change the links to other sites in the future, this could be really handy. |

The 50 articles probably ment "at least 50 to make it worth your while..." so you dont grab "a few cents a day". You can change the links later (but no clickbank etc.) Sincerely, Buyseech

I am deciding whether to make Hubpages or Squido lenses in an effort for some back links and possibly a small amount of traffic. I understand the power of EZA for article syndication, but does anyone have experience how picky they are compared to EZA for rejection?

Hello guys..In my opinion...To gain backlinks for our sites..Hubpages is great just like squidoo..Since it's high PR,high authority and much loved by google..But for adsense..I don't know for sure..I've never earned from this site..Perhaps it need certain strategies to make money with hubpages..
