Does Google know when........???

Hey my Fellow Brethren...

Does Google know when you comment yourself on other sites to help build backlinks? I do not know if it is a coincidence but I had about 3 pages that were doing great on Google (Some on the 1st page) and then after I left a comment on a site about the page I noticed it was gone from my Analytics results and no longer indexed a few days later. WTF is going on? I am not using NO Blackhats, no tricks.. Just a few comments a week or so... And good, relevant comments, not spammy type. I am about to give up since I feel I am fighting a no win battle with Google. So much work on writing great articles then Bam, I am removed.
P.S. After Panda update I have lost about 4 to 5 good pages it seems.. Less traffic too. Drats!

Hi,
1st saying that you're thinking of throwing in the towel on this forum is not going to win friends and influence people.
The BULK of the warriors on this forum can't even spell quit (not because they are dullards, there are some brilliant people on here, it's just not part of their vocabulary). So asking for help and saying you're basically giving up ain't getting you no Christmas cards around here.

2nd. Craig Mako (sorry If I misspell) just put out an email about a WSO that was all about the basics. So, find it and buy it.

Why would you want that?

Because if you got smacked by panda or farmer etc.. you're doing it wrong from the ground up.

All my sites go up every time G has a shakedown.

You may pooh Ha my advice about going back to the basics but when a multi million dollar quarterback in football is missing passes they go back to the fundamentals to fix it.

Same applies here. If your getting slapped its cause your basics stink somehow.
