I have a budget of around $500-$600 and I'm looking for the ultimate software combo for achieving the following:

1. Keyword Research

2. Finding and building(manually or automatically) high quality backlinks with relevant content from the following:

- Article Submission
- Forums
- Blogs
- Directories
- Social Bookmarking
- Web 2.0
- Link Wheel
- Press Releases

I'm not intereted in blasting 1,000's of low quality backlinks. I'd like to focus on finding and obtaining the high quality ones...

You'll cover all your needs with SEO Power Suite package only. After yahoo site explorer passed, it's extremely useful in backlinks campaign for me.
You've wrote you need high quality links only, and I'm not sure you'll reach that with spinned articles. Trusted article directories will accept quality, originally written texts only.
