Hi, I have just bought, for the first time, an aged domain with PR3, but once it was transferred or renewed to under my name, the PR went to N/A. The PR have been verified to be real before I purchased it. It would be much appreciated if anyone can give me an idea as to what went wrong or what I have missed out. What should I do in order to restore the PR. Thanks. |

Hi, First of all, recently, all of our pages's PR are all in N/A.. Though it is still possible to check in this site page, last time I checked. Google PageRank Checker - Check Google page rank instantly If it is still in N/A, then it is likely dropped.

I have checked using the pagerank checker. It is showing N/A. info:mydomain does not show any result..meaning the 6-years-old domain has not been indexed??? Recently it expired on 1 Sep. I have just renewed it after purchasing at NameJet.com I would appreciate if anyone can offer any clue for what is going on here. Thanks. |

I have heard before that sometimes the guys selling the domains are in control of the links that are giving the page rank. They verify it sell the domain and then change the links at the next domain they are selling. Hope this is not what has happened to you as it is basically a con. |

If you check with "info:mydomain.com" and it doesn't show anything, it doesn't the domain isn't indexed. To check the indexed pages, you can use, "site:mydomain.com"
