Default Will this Affect my SEO and Hurt my Site?

Hello guys,

I am using browser meta redirection for my affiliate pages, to redirect to my affiliate links.

In my google's webmaster tool, these affiliate redirection pages have this label "URL restricted by robots.txt" ... so they are not being indexed... although I am not restricting them by my robots.txt, which means the google webmaster tool is referring to the robots.txt file of the final destination urls... ie. the robots.txt of the affiliate networks themselves.

Would this hurt my site's seo and should I restrict my affiliate pages in my robots.txt as well to get around that, or can I leave it as it is?
