I just ranked a new site in under two weeks and have been adding content daily and have been building back links slow and steady. Google shows im at #6 in the serps and scroogle scraper shows im at #5. What would be more accurate? Thanks!

The ranking shown in Google can depend on where you are located and whether you are allowing Google to place cookies on your computer that can skew what "personalized" listings they show for you. Otherwise, the most accurate place to see you actual Google ranking is on Google itself. . |

If scroogle is google without the cookies then it should be more accurate but what is entirely accurate is if you delete/dissalow your cookies and use private browsing and search on Google. Also there might be discrepancies in location and which data center is being used so you might be in #5 and #6 at the same time. I have seen the results cgange back and forth just clicking search over and over.

yea. i deleted all the cookies for the sites i visit and checked google and scroogle again because scroogle is browsing private. its the same so that could be possible.
