Default Looking for a link diagraming tool

I am looking for a tool that will allow me to visually illustrate or diagram my link structure and layout. Basically I want to organize by page title and keywords, this way I can quickly know which pages are focused on what keywords, so when I create a new article targeting specific keywords, I know what pages to link to. Does this make sense? If not ask me questions and I'll elaborate. I hope someone understands what I am looking for.

Just imagine if you are in charge of managing the SEO on a website that has 1000's of pages. What is the easiest way to visually manage and understand the linking structure?

The guy above just nailed it. You just gave the top 3 best answers. I used bubbl and Freemind for quite some time now and I can say that they are very handy software when you would like to map your SEO campaign.

I think brainstorming tools are a little different than diagramming tools.

If you are after diagramming, there is gliffy and lucidchart, both with free and paid options.
