I am getting tons and tons of referrer spam on my site and I can't be too sure that it is getting me a bad penalty in the SERPS. How can I get rid of it? I've tried plugins, they don't work. Blocking individual addresses and IP is too much time because there are so many. Is there some sort of rule I can write? Surely it would be easy to detect if the referrer was not actually the site that the visit came from. |
