Can somebody please tell me How I can able to use AdSense for my blog?

I tired to connect AdSense to my blog but they refused my blog.

If google emailed to refuse your blog, it useually for poor content. Try these steps

Try adding more useful content articles etc. google needs more content to give your site relevant adsense ads.
You also need to make sure your blog is indexed in the serps
Your blog needs a sitemap add this via webmasters tools central page.
Add more pages, example about me/ contact us.
Add something that users can interact with , on blogspot you can add free users polls.
