Just started advertising on fb

. I got a CTR of 0.459

Is that considered horrible or good?

The CTR in Facebook PPC land is around 1/10 of what you expect for more targeted Adwords search ads, over 0.15% is considered decent, yours is high enough that I imagine, with enough volume your CPC will be dropping considerably.

is that the overall ctr or just on a single ad?

Thats the ctr of one ad. Not the overall ctr of the campaign. I'm still new to this though -- hopefully I answered your question.
