Default Shuffle

Is there any way to gauge how long Google will "shuffle" your pages?

I was ranking 1st page on 5 or 6 terms (twice in a couple of situations). Pages disappeared on Monday still not showing up in the site command. Other pages still show up fine so I don't think anything anything is really wrong seems like they would penalize the entire site not just a handful of pages if that was the case.

Site is www.waiverform.org nothing real competitive here.

I don't think there is really any way of telling how long it will take individual pages to "return". It seems to happen whenever Google does an update. I've found the same thing myself. Just have to be patient.
