what is partial approved adsense account

Hello warriors,

i applied for adsense previous day, i got approval mail withing few hours. when i logged in to my adsense account there was a message in red "Your application is still being reviewed. You will see only the background of your webpage instead of live ads until your account has been fully approved. Learn more."
i am also attaching screenshot of this message:

when i opened page learn more there i got this message

"After you've been accepted into the program and have implemented the HTML ad code on your site, temporary “blank ads” will be shown until the final approval process is completed. These blank ads will blend into the background of your pages and shouldn’t interfere with the user experience"

but when i checked My ad tab there wasnt any ad.

Please tell me what does it mean??? what should i do now??

This is how Adsense process new applications. Seems they have two stages of review prior to finally approved you application.

Not sure how long is the second stage/phase of the review. But, they will send you a message informing that you're approved and live google adsense ads will be display in your website.
