Niche Sites and Keywords Tips Please!!

I am a New Internet Marketer who is 17 years old and try to make enough money to go to college. But I need help getting started.
I need help with:

• Discovering "golden" keywords that I can make money from
• Chooseing whether to use Adsense or Clickbank or Amazon to Make money
• Just general tips in getting started

So please I ask you to provide me with some great links or tip to becoming a successful internet marketer.

Welcome to the forum.

1. Discovering golden keywords is a fine art, you need to find keywords with strong buyer intent (money keywords) while still being easy enough to rank for. It all depends on how much SEO you plan to be doing. But basically pick keywords that people type to find products before they buy.

Things like "[product name]" "[product name] review" "buy [product name]" are good, others that are more general may attract info seekers rather than buyers and this would effect your conversion rates.

2. This is completely your choice based on your preference. My advice here would be to pick one method and stick with it. Don't get tempted to use a different method before you start to make money with your original method (you've probably seen all those "i've tried a million things and can't make money" threads).

3. Lastly, just go out there and do it. Create your website today and work towards making money every single day.

Even if some days you have no time, at least do something to move forward each and every day, even if it is just tweaking a webpage title.

My theory on the so called "golden keywords" is that if you just work on a large list of keywords you will find some very good ones within that list. The other way you can go is spend all your time trying to nail down what the perfect keyword is and never put up any content, any pages, any posts, and never make any money.

This is a struggle for many that are new and my advice is to build a list of 100 keyword phrases with at least 3 words and get to work. Don't worry about searches and competition because it will slow you down and take up a large amount of time.

I use all three of the methods you mention for monetization because I like to have more than one source of income. I do like Adsense the most and it is the easiest, in my opinion, to make money with. Plus any sites you put up for CB or Amazon that don't give you a solid CTR you can just switch over to Adsense and see how it works out.
