Best proxy for doing multiple directory submissions and scrapebox blog scraping?

My plan was to have some of my workers submit a couple of topics per day to reddit, digg, etc.....but reddit is pretty quick to ban.

Any suggestions on free proxies to use to prevent this? It seems reddit has already banned some of the free proxy IPs.

If free isn't possible, what's the best paid proxy to use?

On a side note I'd also like to use scrapebox in the future to find related blogs to my site and do manual commenting on said blogs, and was told a proxy would be required to do this. That's another use I'd have for this proxy.
