High Visits , low clicks even after changes

Hi Friends

Im wide open to receive any clue to find whats going on with my site , I have good visits , visitors are increasing but the clicks in adsense , going down Ill try a 728 in the top a 250 in the side and a small 468 below content , but as i mention clicks are low , I have to play between look and clics so Im trying to do the minimun change possible to obtain the best result in terms of increasing my Ctr any ideas? Clues? I really appreciate it because Im stock here
