Wordpress authority site sitemap question

I'm NOT talking about the xml sitemap. This is the sitemap your visitors will see.

I currently use the Dagon Design sitemap generator plugin, it works great on smaller sites, but on larger sites it seems to not generate additional pages (2,3, etc) thus there's only a partial sitemap and no real link to the post. Well it generates the links to them, but the links only refreshes the same page.

I've tried other plugins and the only one I was able to find made created the sitemap, but on one page.

For those with large authority sites what sitemap plugin are you using?

Does it have to be a plugin? (If so, I do not know)
