Now that Panda is regularly updating, does this stack against new sites trying to get ranks? Or is it still doable to get rankings as long as you have good content and backlinking?

| Good luck dealing with all the bots and pros in SEO.. it's just not worth it to me anymore.. and I've been doing this for over 10 yrs. There are better, easier, cheaper ways to get traffic than having to become a slave to the big search engines.

ita too late.....jk lol Its never too late. With the current state of SEO you will have to work harder then in 2010, 2009, or even early 2011. The quality of sites need to be better and the quality of your backlinks need to be better then the types of links that worked in the past. I like to tell people that there is no real true expert at SEO because it changes a couple times a year. What worked in 2009 does work anymore, which levels out the playing field. So the forums, make friends, and make $ |

As long as you have good quality, original content and good backlinks you still shouldn't have a problem. In fact I've found Panda to be great for most (all but 1) of my sites - new or old - and have only seen the rankings increase. There's nothing special about the sites - they range in size from about 5 pages up to several thousand pages - but they mostly have around 500 words of good quality, unique content on each page and a good variety (blogs, articles, forum links, blog comments, Web 2.0 properties etc.) of steadily built backlinks. Do things right, have unique content, don't blast the links to a new site too early on and in most cases you shouldn't have a problem. Cheers Rach |

Definitely not too late. New sites can still be ranked very high in no time if you know what you are doing.

It's not too late to make a difference in ranking your website. Just like the others said, work smart not hard.
