Hey all I have real beginner questions that I'm not sure about: -If I target specific keywords which have "low competition" in the google's adword keyword tool , does that mean I'm getting paid less for each 1000 views of my site/ad click? -If i'm aiming for specific keywords is it more important I think I can beat the top 10 in sepr or a low number of results for the term (as in "keyword" / allintitle:"keyword") Any help appreciated! |

1.) Don't pay attention to what the Google Competition says. The best way to guesstimate what a keyword will pay is to find out via adwords how much it costs the advertiser to promote their site using it. 2.) Top 10 is all that matters.. |

Whew You have a lot to learn Go to Youtube and watch videos for a few hours on "top ten competition Google" and it will explain some tools such as Market Samurai or other tools which shows how to begin determining the true "competition" for a kw If you are talking about adsense, which pays for each time your banner is clicked on, you need to look at "CPC" but do not pay attention to the CPC numbers the Google kw tool spits out, you need to click on "contextual" tool that CPC number is for Adsense webmasters Basically your question indicates such a basic misunderstanding of both kw searching and Adsense that its hard to begin to answer it. You just need to do a lot more research |
