Help with facebook ads targeting

Hey everyone...
I am a music producer I have a website that I sell hip hop
And rap beats on

I am starting to use facebook ads to get traffic... But I was wondering if I could get some help targeting by likes and interests the people I need...

Obviously I want to target people who are rappers or hip hop artists

Right now I have about 5000 impressions but only 2 clicks.. This isn't a great ratio, I guess I'm not targeting people correctly...
Right now I'm targeting: #artist #hip hop #rapper #mixtape and debut.
I assume the '#' is what's killinng me, cause this searches for terms that might not be precisely what I'm looking for?
The thought was I was trying to target people who wrote in their 'about me' something like, "I am a hip hop artist from blah blah, check out my debut mixtape on ---- records..."
But do the facebook ads not target the written "about me" section, and only target by likes and interests?
Well basically I'm looking for people who would want to buy rap beats. How should I target this demographic best with facebook ads? Should I not be using the #? what interests should I target?
