Google Plus results in your SEO?

Has anyone had their website receive an increase in its ranking due to getting a lot of Google Pluses? Or have you witnessed your competitors getting an edge over you because of their web pages getting Google Pluses?

I'm interested to see whether or not it's worth the effort to try and get more Google Pluses to my own website.

Well i dont think so that the result of Google Plus are going to effect your rankings as all networks of social media's provide links of no follow relation, hence networks like such can help in diverting traffic but providing rankings impossible...

It is being said that Google +1 may improve your SERP rankings...

On the other hand, if you have a hefty number of +1s on your page, this will surely have a direct impact on your visitor about the quality of your page.

Yes I have witnessed increase in website ranking due to getting a lot of Google Pluses. I have also read it in someone's blog.

Google uses +1 data in its algorithm. Google's algorithm consist of more than 200 signals and it's one of them. I wouldn't necessarily reply on this factor more.

Using lots of google links is really good for your websites. I tried it and the results was good.

Google+1 does nothing to SERPS. People keep mixing social results
with organic search results.

In my opinion, at this moment, i do think google plus will only increase site traffic. not helpful to improve SERP..maybe after a test time, we can see the final result.
