Is Seopressor Making My Website Slow?

I'm using seopressor for my wordpress sites and was wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I used http://www.iwebtool.com/speed_test and my sights average 0.70 load time. Is that normal? Any advice would be appreciated

I am having the same issue. Average load time without SEOpressor is 0.2 seconds and with SEOpressor is 24.2 seconds.
