Traffic HALVED Overnight?! Has there been any Google Algo Updates?

Since last Friday (14 Oct) 3 of my main money making sites have lost serious traffic. It has dropped dramatically to HALF of what it was for every site! The age of the sites range from 1 year to 4 years old but I cant understand why ALL 3 of my sites have been affected? The traffic I get is mainly from Google - so did Google do some kind of update on the 14 Oct? This is losing me serious cash.

Anyone had similar issues or thoughts as to why this has happened? What can you suggest I do to get the traffic back?
