Being logging in or not, does make a difference as there is various data that is only available if you are logged in, eg: CPC, Adwords Competition etc. Additionally, the number of related keywords returned is limited to 100 results if you aren't logged in. |

There shouldn't be any difference... O.K., there may be a little difference for localized keywords but typically speaking there won't be a whole lot of difference |
